| Graphic Arts
Graphic arts is a very broad term. It
can be applied to the design of a logo, they colors
and styles used to pull together a marketing plan, or
even in the techniques used to create a special gift
for someone. The defining factor, at least in my use
of the term, is that graphic arts are computer generated.
While I have a strong appreciation for what the majority
of the population considers art - paintings, sculptures,
architecture, and so on - I was not blessed with any
of those abilities. However, my creative ambitions still
allow me to pursue an artistic path. When you replace
a paint brush in my hand with a mouse, I believe the
artist in me really shines though.

Corporate Image
I have been fortunate enough to work
with several companies from the ground up. Thus, many of the
logos in this section are my own design. No matter who created
the logo, though, this is one of the key factors in determining
a corporate image. The logo portrays the image of the company,
and sets the tone for business cards, letter head, brochure
and other corporate pieces. Effective branding of that logo
in any other print product creates a more definitive corporate
image.

Advertising
Advertising is really just another branch
of corporate imaging - whether the ad be for print or online
publication. The goal is to attract the eye of the target
audience, enticing them to learn more about the company or
product. Many of my advertising work has been online tile
and banner ads created as part of my job at TownNews.com.

I also offer advertising service to any of my graphic or web
customers, examples of which can be seen within.

Miscellaneous
These samples are composed primarily
of class projects or gifts. They are displayed to provide
examples of my experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
They also further display my ability to generate artistic
qualities in computer generated works.
